Q : How much is due upfront to reserve the date and when are payment(s) due?  

A : 25% non refundable is due to reserve the date or checking out with Affirm will automatically reserve the date.  The final 75% must be paid 1 month prior to your wedding. (if wedding is on 25th, final payment must be made no later than 25th of previous month).  If you check out with Affirm you can make payments up to 2 yrs from checkout (depending on credit).  From our standpoint checking out with Affirm is equivalent to a paid in full balance.     

Q : When will you show up at my wedding? 

A : The time windows are flexible and dependent on whether you book us for 4,6 or 8 hrs or longer.  Most weddings we arrive early enough to capture bride and groom dressing, first looks followed by the ceremony and reception.  For our silver package option (4hrs total) we arrive 30 min prior to ceremony to setup and capture b roll then stay for photo/video shoot immediately of bride & groom, bridal party, family before and part of reception before leaving

Q : Do you offer refunds?

A : Yes but the 25% up front to reserve the date is non refundable past 48 hrs of checkout (we will offer FULL Refunds if request is made within 48 hr time window...text, email, voicemail or DM with time stamp will count).  We will refund any additional payments made up to 1 month before wedding date (if wedding is on 25th, refund must be requested no later than 25th of previous month).  After that time period has passed NO REFUNDS will be made.    

Q : How many videographers | photographers will be there?

A : Depends on your package.  A minimum of 1 hyrbid shoot (video | photo) with no limitations to the amount of videographers or photographers your wanting.  Typically 2 shooters per service.  

Q : How big is your team?

A : We currently have a core close knit group of 4 talented, skilled and seasoned videographers | photographers | drone pilots | editors.  For certain projects we partner with other talented and skilled creatives and established companies.  We are very selective in who we partner with and have a thorough vetting process to ensure they are up to our production standards.

Q : Are packages customizable?

A : Absolutely, the structure is in place to create order NOT to restrain creativity or restrict from what you are wanting.  What I tell people is projects can be completed in as short as about 4 - 8 hrs to years.  Sky is the limit.  The only restrictions are time and money.  We are willing to pour as much time and effort into your project as your budget allows even if that entails weeks, months or years of planning and filming.  If you want something not featured in a package just ASK!   

Q : I'm on a tight budget, can you help?

A : Absolutely, this is why we offer financing through affirm (and packages starting at $750).  Personally, i've bought over 20k worth of videography and photography equipment through financing with affirm.  This is a great option for those on a tight budget.   

Q : How does booking and selection process work?  

A : Easiest and quickest option is to checkout on our website but schedule a call, fill out our google form or text/call/email or catch us on social media.
